The newly renovated farmhouse villa was beautifully decorated in tasteful greys and white washed wood. The open plan kitchen/dining and seating area was modern and pleasant. The villa's rural setting overlooking green, rural areas and a distant view of the sea added to its charm. The location was convenient, being close to Dubrovnik airport but still quiet and peaceful. With a car, it was easy to explore the nearby sites such as Dubrovnik and Cavtat.
The villa being on three floors may not be suitable for those with mobility issues. having a car is necessary as there are limited local amenities within walking distance.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was outstanding and the hotel facilities were top-notch. The parking was convenient and there were no issues with transportation. The location was perfect, with breathtaking views of the surrounding scenery. The staff were friendly and accommodating, going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay.

Loved the children's playground, especially when all the kids were screaming their heads off. So relaxing. And the barbecue? Oh, the joy of inhaling all that smoke while attempting to cook my dinner.
Can't believe I had to endure a garden view instead of a stunning concrete wall. How am I supposed to feel fancy and secluded with all that greenery around?

villa joe was even better than our previous stay in cilipi. the hosts went above and beyond to make our family holiday unforgettable. the stunning views, modern amenities, and peaceful location made it the perfect place to unwind and explore the surrounding area. highly recommend!

The villa had everything we needed, from a well-equipped kitchen to a washing machine. The flat-screen TV with satellite channels was a great addition for some cozy movie nights. The 5 bedrooms were spacious and comfortable, providing a restful sleep. The air-conditioned accommodation with a terrace allowed us to enjoy the beautiful garden view.
Personally, I found the electric kettle and oven in the kitchen a bit outdated.
